There are ways that you can use the Lexile Framework to provide your child with time on task reading materials that are well matched to their Lexile level. One way is to encourage your child to log into Beable and complete lessons. Beable lessons are precisely matched to your child’s level. As your child’s reading ability improves, the text complexity of their lessons increases as well. Encourage your child to read on Beable at least two times/week for 20 minutes each time. This minimal time reading will help accelerate your child’s reading abilities.
